Role Overview

Vida Realty is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate Should be a Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, having successfully managed diverse projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk management, and capital structuring

• Project Financial Oversight:

• Lead financial planning and budgeting for multiple real estate projects
• Monitor project cash flows, cost control, and ROI metrics

• Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including RERA, GST, and income tax
• Oversee internal audits, financial reporting, and corporate governance

• Investor & Stakeholder Relations:

• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
• Prepare investor presentations, MIS reports, and financial forecasts

• Team Leadership:

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant with 15 to 20 years of experience in Real Estate finance
• Proven track record of handling large-scale real estate projects Strong understanding of financial modeling, project financing, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
