Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the legal department's daily operations. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Provide legal advice and support to senior management. Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Manage relationships with external legal counsel. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies. Develop and execute legal strategies aligned with company goals Lead initiatives to enhance regulatory compliance and governance Implement frameworks for risk management and mitigation Drive legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring Foster relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders Promote ethical business practices and corporate responsibility Oversee training programs on legal and compliance matters Contribute to policy development and strategic planning Monitor and adapt to changes in the legal and regulatory landscape Advocate for the company's interests in legislative and policy forums Implement legal tech solutions to streamline department workflows Automate contract management and document review processes Develop systems for electronic discovery and litigation support Utilize data analytics for risk assessment and decision-making Enhance record-keeping and document management with digital solutions Ensure cybersecurity measures for sensitive legal data. Stay abreast with industry regulation and technical knowledge. Identify, develop, and implement controls and processes to ensure all risks and opportunities are addressed. Managing and supporting purchase, planning, and logistics function. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of Financial Data. Evaluation of Capital expenditure proposals and ensuring ROI. Monthly MIS preparation and brief commentary on the variances. Liaise with Internal/External Auditors for smooth closure of books of accounts. Educational Qualifications and desired skills: Bachelor’s degree/master's degree in accounting/finance, preferably CA/CMA/CPA/CFA Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills. Deep understanding of industry regulations and dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and team management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Eligibility Criteria: 60% in 10th, 12th & Under graduation. 60% in Post graduation (if any in full time). Not more one year gap between 12th & under graduation & no gap between 10th & 12th .
