Job Summary: The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with real estate channel partners (brokers, agents) to drive project sales. The role requires strategic partner onboarding, sales target achievement, and continuous engagement with partners to maintain a high-performing channel sales network. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new channel partners/brokers for residential and commercial real estate projects. Maintain strong working relationships with existing channel partners. Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and project presentations to channel partners. Drive site visits through channel partners and ensure high conversion ratios. Track and ensure timely collection of booking forms, KYC documents, and payments. Meet and exceed sales targets assigned for the channel sales segment.
