Job Summary: The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with real estate channel partners (brokers, agents) to drive project sales. The role requires strategic partner onboarding, sales target achievement, and continuous engagement with partners to maintain a high-performing channel sales network. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new channel partners/brokers for residential and commercial real estate projects. Maintain strong working relationships with existing channel partners. Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and project presentations to channel partners. Drive site visits through channel partners and ensure high conversion ratios. Track and ensure timely collection of booking forms, KYC documents, and payments. Meet and exceed sales targets assigned for the channel sales segment. Resolve channel partner queries and ensure a smooth sales process. Ensure timely payouts/incentives to partners in coordination with accounts. Required Skills: Strong network of real estate brokers/agents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to close deals and drive sales Presentation and negotiation skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred Industry Background: Real estate (residential/commercial projects) Real estate consultancies Channel partner-focused roles Show more Show less
