Job Description

The Channel Sales Manager role involves developing and managing relationships with real estate channel partners (brokers, agents) to boost project sales. The primary responsibilities include onboarding new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, conducting meetings and training sessions, driving site visits, meeting sales targets, and resolving partner queries for a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network of real estate brokers/agents, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to close deals effectively, proficient presentation and negotiation skills, target-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. A successful candidate would have a background in the real estate industry, including residential/commercial projects, real estate consultancies, or roles focused on channel partners.,
