Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

• Define, communicate, and execute a cohesive financial strategy aligned with group objectives across both India and the UK.
• Act as a key advisor to the UK Board and senior leadership on India-based cost efficiencies, growth opportunities, and scalability.
• Support strategic decision-making on pricing, expansion, and market entry (including B2B operations).
• Develop financial models to guide long-term strategic planning and capital allocation.

2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting, reforecasting, and multi-year planning for India, UK, and B2B business units.
• Deliver data-driven insights and performance analysis to guide executive decision-making.
• Align financial plans with operational and strategic priorities across departments.
• Drive automation and digitization in financial reporting and planning tools.

3. Financial Controls, Governance & Compliance

• Oversee statutory compliance, accounting, and audits under

• Maintain optimal liquidity, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Develop funding and investment strategies that balance growth with risk management.
• Support capital expenditure (CapEx) planning and evaluate ROI on key investments.
• Build strategic relationships with financial institutions and optimise banking structures.

6. Business Performance, Analytics & Commercial Insight

• Deliver regular management dashboards and KPIs across business units and geographies.
• Use financial analytics to drive cost optimisation, pricing strategy, and margin improvement.
