Job Description

As the finance leader at Balco Medical Centre (BMC), your role will involve: - Leading the finance function at BMC with expertise in Project Finance, Financial Modelling, Budgeting & forecasting, Funding Arrangements, and analytical skills. - Managing finance through benchmarking & analytics using digital tools. - Developing short term and long term business plans with strategic interventions for value addition. - Ensuring governance & compliance with a robust risk, legal, and tax framework. - Managing internal & external stakeholders including Board of Directors & Auditors. - Building a strong team with succession planning. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA or Masters Degree in a relevant field. - Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. - Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset. - Experience in driving and executing expansion plans. - Experience in capex management.
