Role Summary As CEO, you will lead the company from its foundational stage to a growth-focused, operationally strong, and commercially viable recruitment business. You will be responsible for setting the business vision, owning revenue and profitability, building the team and delivery engine, developing client relationships, and positioning FBTS – Executive Search as a preferred partner for both premium talent search and large-scale recruitment solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands the duality of high-touch executive search and high-volume delivery models—and knows how to build systems, teams, and trust across both. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Leadership Define the business roadmap for full lifecycle hiring (CXO to frontline) and execute it with a clear growth path. Build a multi-sector practice model with distinct verticals for bulk hiring, mid-level recruitment, and leadership search. Create scalable systems, governance models, SLAs, and operational excellence frameworks. Client Acquisition & Expansion Drive new client acquisition across industries with tailored solutions for entry-level, volume, and leadership hiring. Build strategic, consultative relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders. Lead enterprise account management and ensure repeat business through high delivery satisfaction. Bulk Hiring & Project Delivery Oversight Set up a dedicated bulk hiring vertical to manage high-volume mandates across India. Implement hub-and-spoke delivery models for multi-location hiring (call centers, sales teams, frontline staff, etc.) Use tech-enabled tools and sourcing platforms to reduce TAT and increase efficiency. Practice Leadership (Executive, Mid-Level, Bulk) Build strong recruitment practices across leadership search, lateral hiring, and mass hiring. Develop deep talent intelligence in each sector, including compensation insights and talent pools. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and delivery KPIs for all mandates. Team Building & Capability Development Hire and manage a team of practice heads, delivery managers, recruiters, and sourcing partners. Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, learning, and performance. Drive upskilling in sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and client handling. Brand Building & Representation Position FBTS – Executive Search as a 360° hiring partner through visibility in forums, job fairs, industry events, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with Flamingo Infinite’s marketing and HR teams for group-wide synergy. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 15–20 years in leadership hiring, Operations, Business development and P&L Management. Competencies: Strong commercial acumen and P&L orientation. Ability to drive delivery in both high-quality executive mandates and fast-paced bulk hiring. Expertise in client acquisition, negotiations, and strategic partnerships. Tech-savvy and comfortable with ATS/CRM systems, data-driven decision making, and remote delivery structures. Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
