Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IND AS and internal management requirements.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis (budgeted vs actual P&L) and lead root-cause investigations for major deviations.

2. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of all regulatory returns as per

  RBI norms

  and other applicable frameworks.
• Stay abreast of financial regulatory changes and maintain 100% compliance across all reporting dimensions.

3. Audit Management

• Lead

  statutory

  ,

  internal

  tax audits

  to closure, including resolution of audit queries.
• Act as the primary liaison with auditors and provide all required documentation in a timely manner.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with other departments to maintain smooth financial operations and implement cost controls.
• Offer financial insights and data-backed recommendations to support business strategies and operational decisions.

Profile Requirements:

• A highly experienced senior finance leader with

  15–18+ years

  of overall work experience.
• A minimum of

  12–15 years of experience in the NBFC sector

• Strong hands-on expertise in IND AS, RBI compliances, financial reporting, and audit closure.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership skills.
