The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, fluency in the local language, and the ability to build relationships that drive visibility, placement, and sales. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Availability & Visibility Ensure 100% availability of Reload RTD bottles in available visicoolers across all assigned locations. Maintain proper product placement bottles must be front-facing, center-shelf, and always chilled. Conduct weekly audits to ensure planogram compliance and report any issues. 2. Stock & Inventory Management Maintain a minimum 1-week buffer stock at each location to avoid stockouts during peak hours. Share weekly replenishment plans and coordinate with distributors or the internal team for timely refills. Minimize product wastage and monitor expiry stock with monthly checks. 3. Turf & Venue Onboarding Ensure product setup at 70% of the newly onboarded venues. Leverage local network to unlock entry into new sporting hubs. 4. Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with turf managers, coaches, and ground staff to ensure smooth operations and better visibility. Visit each live venue at least twice a month to maintain presence and troubleshoot issues. Collect actionable feedback from stakeholders to refine strategies. 5. Revenue Growth Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent stock availability and on-ground engagement. Monitor outlet performance and develop strategies to boost sales in underperforming areas. Collaborate with the sales manager to design localized offers and combos. 6. Event Coordination & Brand Promotion Ensure full event readiness stock, branding material, manpower 48 hours before the event. Capture data post-event and submit reports with photos and performance metrics within 24 hours. Key Requirements Strong communication skills; fluency in English and the local language is a plus. Well-networked within the sports/turf community is highly desirable. Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working on-ground. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
