Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee the organization’s overall operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure financial stability. Daily tasks will include managing cross-functional teams, overseeing business planning activities, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. The CEO will also work closely with key stakeholders to meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance, including fund management, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Operations Management and the ability to optimize organizational processes
• Experience in Business Planning, focusing on setting and achieving long-term goals
• Proven track record in Sales, with the ability to drive growth and achieve targets
• Extensive knowledge of Strategic Planning and crafting long-term strategies for organizational success
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior executive-level leadership experience, preferably in the financial or cooperative sector, is advantageous
