Purpose and Responsibilities

• Prepare 5 years Growth path.
• Create commensurate Vision and Polices
• Prepare and Execute Budget to match present requirements.
• Set executable KRA and KPI for all departments.
• Create / Build Strong and Result Oriented Team.
• Create / Build Trust.
• Take Decisions and Create and Promote Decision Taking Environment.
• Increase Organization’s Top and Bottom Line.

Qualification, Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Engineering Graduate / Postgraduate with Management Degree or Roll.
• 15 to 20 Years Experience – with minimum 5 years as a Senior Executive.
• Excellent Communication
• Working Experience of minimum 5 years in Contracting, Project Execution.
• Excellent Planner
• Must have Commercial / Finance knowledge to manage routine Executions.
• Excellent Team Builder.
• Operating knowledge of ERP Software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
