Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at the Grand Hyatt, with 2-5 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on food products and ingredients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation methods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
