Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to enhance culinary quality.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource utilization.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality food products that meet customer expectations.
