Position: Manager Accounts Finance - 3Location: Rajkot, GujaratQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience: Minimum 5 years (with relevant manufacturing industry experience)We are hiring an experienced Manager Accounts Finance for our [Casting Manufacturing / Solar Industry] client. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in financial management, taxation, and ERP/SAP, with proven exposure to handling end-to-end accounts in a manufacturing setup.Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Bookkeeping
  

Maintain day-to-day financial records in ERP/SAP.
Review journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and ensure timely month-end year-end book closure.Ensure accurate recording of invoices, payments, credit notes, accruals, and provisions.

• Financial Reporting MIS
  

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate MIS reports, profitability analysis, and cost centre reports from ERP/SAP.Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted figures.

• Costing Inventory Management
  

Manage manufacturing cost control standard costing, BOM analysis, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.Coordinate with production, stores, and warehouse teams for stock audits and reconciliations.

• Taxation Compliance
  

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
Prepare and file statutory returns, handle tax queries, and support statutory/internal audits.Maintain all statutory records and audit documentation.

• Payables Receivables
  

Monitor AP AR aging reports.
Ensure timely vendor payments, reconciliations, and resolution of disputes.Follow up with customers for collections and ensure credit control measures.

• ERP/SAP Support Process Improvement
  

Act as ERP/SAP Key User coordinate system enhancements, testing, and end-user training.Continuously review and improve accounting financial processes to enhance efficiency and control.Mandatory Manufacturing ExperienceCasting Manufacturing: Hands-on experience in foundry/casting/engineering industries with strong knowledge of production costing, scrap management, and material consumption analysis.Solar Industry: Experience in project-based accounting, asset capitalization, project costing, and compliance in renewable energy/EPC-based industries.

Skills Competencies Required
