Provide legal support for tender submissions and project agreements with NHAI, MoRTH, and state agencies. Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution with contractors, vendors, or regulatory bodies. Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations (labor laws, environmental laws, contract act, etc.). Coordinate with external legal counsel for ongoing and potential litigation. Advise management on legal risks and strategies to minimize exposure.
