Position Overview We seek an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the P&L, financial targets, clinical performance, patient satisfaction, staff retention, and recruitment of specialists across our main and satellite clinics. This strategic leadership role supports both day-to-day operations and long-term growth. 📌 Key Responsibilities Financial & Operational Leadership Achieve 100% of monthly/quarterly revenue targets across all services, maintaining gross margin and P&L goals jobed.ai+4qureos.com+4hrblade.com+4. Oversee budgeting, procurement, vendor relationships, and cost control to optimize resource utilization. Patient Experience & Quality Drive NPS ≥ 70 for clinics and doctors through feedback collection and rapid resolution . Ensure process adherence ≥ 95% and Q4E score ≥ 85% by partnering with Quality and Compliance teams. Medical Staff Management Recruit and onboard specialists and super‑specialists (target: full deployment at Society Clinics; 13 super specialties at the Main Clinic). Manage net doctor revenue growth, DSAT ≥ 90%, and achieve ≥ 20–50% revenue uplift from recent hires. People & Culture Maintain staff attrition ≤ 25% . Foster a supportive, high-performance workplace with regular feedback, recognition, and development opportunities . Compliance & Process Improvement Implement and monitor clinic policies, SOPs, EHR integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance . Monitor performance metrics and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years healthcare operations experience with P&L responsibility. Proven expertise in financial oversight, staff management, patient satisfaction, recruitment, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
