Medical Staff Management Recruit and onboard specialists and super‑specialists (target: full deployment at Society Clinics; 13 super specialties at the Main Clinic). Manage net doctor revenue growth, DSAT ≥ 90%, and achieve ≥ 20–50% revenue uplift from recent hires. People & Culture Maintain staff attrition ≤ 25% . Foster a supportive, high-performance workplace with regular feedback, recognition, and development opportunities . Compliance & Process Improvement Implement and monitor clinic policies, SOPs, EHR integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance . Monitor performance metrics and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years healthcare operations experience with P&L responsibility. Proven expertise in financial oversight, staff management, patient satisfaction, recruitment, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
