Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Executive / Guest Relations Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet visitors, patients, or clients in a warm and professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. Manage appointment scheduling, registrations, and billing support. Assist guests with information regarding services, facilities, and procedures. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain front office records, visitor logs, and administrative documentation. Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and aligned with organizational standards. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Administration preferred. Proven experience in front office, customer service, or guest relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and front desk systems. Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and deliver high-quality service.
