Job Title: Centre Head/Chief Learning Officer(CLO)

Reports To: Business Owner/ Little Millennium

Role Overview:

The Centre Head is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational excellence of the centre. This includes ensuring high standards of academic delivery, staff performance, parent satisfaction, and centre profitability. The role demands a balance of people management, business acumen, and educational insight.

Key Responsibilities:1. Centre Operations & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly environment.
  • Ensure timely execution of activities, events, and curriculum plans.
  • Monitor attendance, documentation, and compliance requirements.

2. Academic Leadership

  • Ensure high-quality implementation of the prescribed curriculum.
  • Guide, mentor, and evaluate teachers to maintain teaching excellence.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate with the academic team for teacher training and development.

3. Business Development & Enrolments

  • Drive admissions through local marketing initiatives, parent engagement, and community networking.
  • Track and achieve monthly/annual enrolment targets.
  • Manage enquiries, conversions, and retention effectively.

4. People Management

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the centre team—teachers, support staff, and counsellors.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and ensure continuous skill enhancement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.

5. Parent & Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through effective communication and feedback systems.
  • Organize parent orientation, open houses, and events to enhance engagement.
  • Resolve parent concerns with empathy and professionalism.

6. Financial & Resource Management

  • Monitor centre budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Fee Collection and documentation.
  • Ensure effective use of resources and control of operational costs.
  • Support corporate initiatives for efficiency and growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Early Childhood Education / Education / Management).
  • 5–10 years of experience in preschool or educational centre management.
  • Proven track record in operations, team leadership, and parent relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
