BORA INDIA (CREADORA INDIA PVT LTD) is seeking applications from young professionals for the role of ‘Business Development Executive – A&D Specification’, who could manage a world class brand’s engagement & specification through Key Account Management of Architects & Designer firms.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with members of architect and designer firms.
- Organizing planned and cold-call visits to the A&D community and their specified leads, scheduling and following up on calls and upselling to existing customers.
- Sourcing and managing customer referrals.
- Continuously self-training using the company's eLearning platform and attending mandatory training sessions.
- Providing accurate answers to customer queries, prioritizing and escalating designer's and customer questions when necessary.
- Conducting cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advising on appropriate purchase options.
- Promoting specific products as directed by management.
- Informing leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
- Cultivating positive business relationships to extend the engagement lifetime value of architects and designers.
- Developing sales strategies, both individually and as part of a team.
- Thoroughly tracking all appointments, sales, complaints, and status reports for manager review.
- Continuous self-improvement through experience and manager feedback.
- Meeting sales targets with a focus on value-driven results.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Candidates should have 1 to 4 years of experience in handling premium or luxury electronic goods, building materials, home décor, or modular kitchen brands.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Conduct a minimum of 2 training and cooking sessions per month with 4-8 members from each architect firm at the BORA EXPERIENCE CENTRE.
- Key Accounts (Architect Firms) Contribution: Ensure that a minimum of 50% (30 firms) out of 60 architect firms contribute to BORA's business in a fiscal year (January to December).
- Generate a minimum of 14 qualified leads (projects) per month, totaling 168 leads per year.
- Achieve a minimum conversion ratio of 30% for all generated leads (i.e., 30% of 168 leads, which is 50 leads, must be converted into order confirmations).
- Conduct a minimum of 3 meetings per day for at least 20 working days, totaling 60 meetings in a month, specifically with architects, designers, their end-consumers, BORA dealers, and Project Management Consultants.
WHO IS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Well-groomed with strong business etiquette and a high level of ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on projects involving multiple stakeholders and willingness to participate in company assigned courses.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Existing professional relationships with top architects and designers in the city.
- Quick learner when it comes to technical products.
- Ability to understand 3D layouts, plans, and elevations of consumers' construction sites and kitchens and propose viable technical solutions.
