Job Title: Center Manager

Locations: Bangalore & Delhi
Salary: ₹50,000 per month
Vacancy: 1 per location

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the training/placement center
• Lead admissions, counselling, placement, and marketing teams
• Drive student enrolments, revenue targets, and center profitability
• Ensure smooth execution of training programs and placement activities
• Coordinate with corporate partners, banks, and BFSI organizations
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular reviews
• Handle escalations from students, parents, and corporate partners
• Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and reporting systems
• Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and branding activities
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports with HO

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in center operations, education management, BFSI, or training institutes
• Proven experience in team handling, revenue generation, and target achievement
• Strong exposure to admissions, placements, and corporate coordination
• Experience managing metro-city operations (Bangalore/Delhi preferred)
