Catering Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Development:

·        Identify potential clients, including corporates, event planners, wedding planners, and high-net-worth individuals.

·        Generate leads and convert them into successful catering bookings.

·        Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.

2. Client Relationship Management:

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

·        Understand client requirements and customize catering solutions accordingly.

·        Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Event Coordination & Execution:

·        Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.

·        Coordinate with vendors for event logistics, equipment rentals, and décor if required.

·        Ensure all catering setups meet Burma Burma’s quality and service standards.

·        Address any client concerns or issues during events promptly.

4. Budgeting & Revenue Management:

·        Develop sales forecasts and achieve revenue targets.

·        Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

·        Monitor costs and profitability for each catering event.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

·        Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations for food handling and catering operations.

·        Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and event feedback.

·        Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Experience in banquet sales or outdoor catering sales, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

·        Strong networking and negotiation skills.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·        Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

·        Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

·        Passion for food and hospitality.
