Catering Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to join our hospitality team. Your main responsibility will be to generate revenue by securing catering events, nurturing relationships with clients, and ensuring flawless event execution. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to drive catering sales. You will be expected to respond to inquiries, conduct client meetings, and create tailored catering proposals. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate all aspects of catering events, collaborate closely with culinary and banquet teams, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets. As a successful candidate, you should have proven experience as a Catering Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Your strong sales and negotiation skills, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, will be essential. Knowledge of event planning, catering operations, and food & beverage services is required, along with the capacity to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple events simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to accommodate the demands of the role. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field would be advantageous.
