Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel aligned with Radisson Hotel Group's mission, vision values, and strategies. Develop and implement strategies for achieving individual catering sales goals, monitoring status regularly, and adjusting strategies as appropriate. Achieve catering sales goals by developing and implementing sales strategies. Identify potential key accounts (banquet and group) and develop strategies to prioritize and penetrate those accounts. Make outside sales calls to prospective catering customers, clarify customer requirements, suggest alternative menus, themes, etc. Prepare proposals for clients outlining details of proposed functions; coordinate preparation of estimates with food and beverage and other departments if needed. Negotiate the sale of catering sales functions and conduct on-site client inspections to illustrate available services and know meeting and sleeping room set-ups and capabilities. Monitor customer satisfaction with catering business, follow up with key contacts regularly to assess satisfaction and ensure all materials used are in accordance with brand standards. Maintain proper flow of information to the sales team, review work file of assigned accounts, and communicate clients" requests to all departments effectively and timely. Work with the sales team for additional business opportunities, assist in reviewing the function book, and conduct evaluations of releasing or finalizing functions. Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through genuine hospitality, exceeding guest expectations, personal attention, and teamwork in guest service. Requirements: - Minimum one to three years of hotel catering or convention experience - Local market knowledge preferred - High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred - Experience managing to brand standards - Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork - General knowledge of contract laws - Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong negotiation and mathematical skills.,
