Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Captain to join our team at Royal Kingdom Sarovar Portico, responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage Service. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Service team.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to guests and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service quality and increase guest loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
