Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain (F&B Service) at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room located in Kolkata. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a high level of service quality. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment, managing reservations, and training new staff members.

• Prior experience in a similar role in the F&B industry
• Ability to manage and resolve customer concerns effectively

• Experience in training and mentoring staff
• Knowledge of Burmese cuisine is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is an advantage
