Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain (F&B Service) at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room in Kolkata. The Captain will be responsible for managing the dining area, supervising service staff, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, coordinating with the kitchen, overseeing table settings, and addressing any guest concerns or complaints. The Captain will also be responsible for maintaining service standards, training staff, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in customer service and guest relations
• Experience in supervising and managing service staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols and standards
• Ability to handle pressure and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
