Role: Campaign Manager -Meta Ads

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Campaign Manager – Meta Ads to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This role requires a strong blend of performance marketing expertise, analytical thinking, audience strategy, creative collaboration, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, innovative, and passionate about delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Media Planning: Develop cost-effective, data-backed media plans that align with client objectives and meet internal margin targets.
  • Campaign Execution & Management: Lead end-to-end management of Meta ad campaigns (Leads, Conversions, Traffic, Engagement) to drive ROI.
  • Budget Optimisation: Strategically allocate and adjust budgets to minimise cost per result and maximize profitability.
  • Performance Optimisation: Continuously refine targeting, test creatives (A/B testing), experiment with bid strategies, and adjust placements to improve campaign efficiency and reduce wastage.
  • Margin-Focused Decision Making: Use data-driven insights to balance client KPIs with internal profitability, prioritizing high-margin opportunities effectively.
  • Automation & Scaling: Utilize Meta tools (e.g., Advantage+ Shopping, automated rules, Conversions API) to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative and account teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging, performance goals, and budget constraints.
  • Insightful Reporting: Prepare actionable reports highlighting campaign performance, industry trends, and proactive next steps to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience:


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Deep expertise in paid social media, specifically Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta ads across different campaign objectives.
  • Familiarity with buyer personas, in-market audience research, integration implementation, bid & budget strategies.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, take ownership, and perform under pressure.
  • Passion for digital marketing trends and innovation.
  • MBA preferred, especially with quantitative or analytics coursework.
  • Additional experience with Snapchat, LinkedIn is a plus.
