Campaign Manager

• Plan and manage end-to-end marketing and awareness campaigns related to eye care, cataract surgery, retina surgery, screening camps, and public health initiatives.
• Design campaign strategies aligned with hospital goals, seasonal needs, and community outreach programs.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and vendors for campaign creatives and materials.
• Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, leads, OPD footfall, surgeries, and ROI.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
• Organize regular camps (corporate / Rural)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Management, Public Health, or NGO related fields.

• Experience

  : 1 to 3 years of experience in campaign management, healthcare marketing, NGO outreach, or social sector initiatives.

Skills

• Strong understanding of on-ground activation, healthcare campaigns, and community engagement.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel for field campaigns and outreach programs.
• Meeting with corporate management and Gram Panchayat for coordinating Camp.
• Prepare camp teams update regularly on camp efficiency to management.
