Campaign Execution (Program Management Sr Analyst) BFSI

Location- Chennai and Gurgaon

Exp- 8- 17 years

Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring of acquisitions performance for Direct Mail, E-mail, Telesales and Retail channels.
Requires findings insight within the performance data leading to recommendations to adjust strategy.
Works collaboratively with Analytics teams to formulate conclusions and recommendations to leadership.
Assist with monthly acquisitions and marketing budget reconciliation against Plan targets.
Present performance metrics to senior leadership and broader acquisitions teams via daily/weekly scrum meetings.
Requires strong skillsets in Excel/Tableau, managing numerous spreadsheets, and attention to detail.
Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
In-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area.
