Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in component sourcing or procurement within the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of global and local electronic component distributors and supply chain ecosystem.
Experience managing subcontracting activities such as PCBA, box builds, and mechanical assemblies.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and vendor management.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze MRP (Material Requirements Planning) demand and execute procurement orders in line with forecast and inventory standards.
Handle subcontracting activities including purchase order release, delivery tracking, and vendor performance evaluations.
Ensure timely procurement through consistent follow-ups with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor component obsolescence and proactively manage alternate sourcing options.
Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) generation and compliance with audit documentation.
Drive vendor development initiatives and nurture supplier relationships to enhance reliability and flexibility.
Coordinate with logistics and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
