We Are Hiring: SMT Line Lead . 📍 Location: cochin , kerala 🏭 Industry: Electronics Manufacturing / Telematics / IoT 🕑 Experience Required: 2–3 years 🕘 Shift: Willing to work in rotational shifts 📅 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SMT Programming & Operations Lead to join our high-performance manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SMD programming, SMT line management, and process optimization in a fast-paced electronics production environment. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Programming and operation of SMT line equipment: ▪ MPM Screen Printers ▪ Fuji Pick and Place Machines (Fuji Flexa Platform) ▪ JT Reflow Ovens (Reflow profiling expertise) ▪ Automated Optical Inspection (TRI ) systems 🔹 Manage and train the SMT team under your supervision. 🔹 Execute production as per work orders with a focus on quality, yield, and on-time delivery. 🔹 Ensure adherence to IPC-A-610 standards and industry best practices. 🔹 Maintain and troubleshoot SMT equipment as needed. 🔹 Work collaboratively with Quality and Production Engineering teams to drive improvements.
