Identify and approach potential franchisees through various channels (networking, digital outreach, referrals, events). Present Qurbats franchise model, business proposition, ROI, and other critical details to prospective partners. Negotiate terms, complete documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams to close franchise deals. Work closely with marketing, retail, and operations teams to ensure smooth franchise launches. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to continuously refine business development efforts. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field. 37 years of proven experience in franchise development, preferably in the apparel, retail, or lifestyle sector. Strong understanding of retail franchising and legal compliance aspects. Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
