About Xoance Software & Services:
Xoance Software & Services are a growing IT services company providing custom web development, eCommerce solutions, and mobile app development using technologies like Shopify, WordPress, Flutter, and more. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in web development, eCommerce, and mobile app development services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to target international clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, networking, and partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospects.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring smooth handover to the delivery team.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging, campaigns, and branding strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Lead Generation Specialist in an IT services company (mandatory).
  • Strong track record of generating and closing deals for Shopify, WordPress, Flutter, and custom development projects.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) and B2B outreach on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to manage pipelines and reporting.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with international markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East).
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media).
  • Team leadership/mentoring experience.
