Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven business development manager to lead our efforts in expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. This role requires a proactive approach in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, conducting market research, and staying informed about industry trends to capitalize on business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue targets.•Identify and prospect potential colleges, universities, and educational institutions for establishing strategic partnerships and tie-ups.•Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions, effectively promoting our products and services.•Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential risks.•Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.•Promote the company’s products and services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.•Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.•Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.•Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to maintain strong customer relationships.

Skills & Requirements:

.• Graduate or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

.•Proven working experience as a business development manager of more than 6+ years

.•Demonstrated sales track record

.•Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

•Proficiency in English and strong communication and negotiation skills.

•Ability to build rapport with clients and key decision-makers.

•Excellent time management, presentation, and planning skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
