Business Development Manager – Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Market Research

• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape business strategy.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales support in collaboration with internal teams.

3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Create pipelines, forecast revenue, and monitor sales performance.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet quarterly and yearly targets.

4. Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Provide feedback from clients to improve product/service offerings.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
• Present regular updates to senior management on business performance and market insights.

7. Strategic Planning

• Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Participate in business planning and contribute to organizational growth strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
