Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry contacts, digital platforms, and market research.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in residential and/or commercial real estate.
  • Lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) and support them in client handling and deal closures.
  • Build strong relationships with property developers, investors, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Analyze customer needs and offer solutions that meet their real estate goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead.
  • Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and project launches.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in business development or sales in real estate (residential/commercial).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
