JOB DESCRIPTION :A Business Development Manager (BDM) drives revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for a company. They develop and implement strategies to expand the company's reach, build relationships with clients, and improve market position. This role involves strategic planning, sales, relationship management, and staying informed about industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities:BDMs research potential clients, markets, and industry trends to identify growth areas.
  • Building and maintaining relationships:They foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies:BDMs create and execute strategies to expand the company's reach, improve market position, and achieve revenue goals.
  • Negotiating contracts and deals:They negotiate terms and conditions for partnerships, collaborations, and contracts with potential clients.
  • Managing projects and teams:BDMs may oversee the execution of business development projects, working with sales, marketing, and other teams to achieve goals.
  • Analyzing market data and trends:They conduct market research, analyze data, and stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.

  • Strategic planning: Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
