Business Solution Analyst

This role is for one of Weekday's clients Min Experience: 4 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time Requirements About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Solution Analyst with expertise in Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (EGRC) tools—particularly RSA Archer —and strong knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, helping to design and implement solutions that drive compliance, risk management, and IT cost transparency across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and support the configuration and enhancement of EGRC platforms and TBM models. This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-level solutions and play a key role in digital governance and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements related to risk, compliance, and IT cost optimization. Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with developers and architects to design scalable solutions using RSA Archer and other EGRC platforms. Archer Configuration: Customize and configure RSA Archer modules, workflows, and data integrations to align with organizational policies and governance frameworks. TBM Framework Alignment: Leverage the Technology Business Management model to enhance visibility into IT spending, aligning investments with business priorities. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports that support risk assessments, compliance audits, and IT financial management using TBM metrics. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance risk management, compliance tracking, and IT cost transparency processes. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users and IT, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and meet business objectives. Training & Documentation: Provide end-user training, prepare documentation, and support adoption of new systems or updates. Required Skills And Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or a similar role within EGRC or IT financial management. Hands-on experience with RSA Archer, including configuration, customization, and administration. Strong understanding of EGRC principles, regulatory requirements, and governance best practices. Familiarity with Technology Business Management (TBM) framework and tools such as Apptio or ServiceNow ITBM. Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Certification in RSA Archer or TBM framework is a plus. Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, or insurance).
