Administer employee benefits programs related to payroll, such as deductions for health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and filings (e.g., PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, etc.) in compliance with local and national regulations. Reconcile payroll data with general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies. Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and tax-related matters in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and documentation. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field A Master's degree in HR is a plus. 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in HR Business Partnering and payroll administration. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Proven experience in managing the full payroll cycle and familiarity with relevant payroll software and systems.
