Corporate TAG Lead

You will be taking on the role of Corporate TAG Lead at IBC Knowledge Tech Park in Bangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the recruitment efforts for various corporate functions such as Inside Sales, Business Development, Presales, Sales Manager, Director, VP, and Practice roles. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to navigate the talent market effectively, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for identifying and attracting top-tier talent. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years specifically focused on corporate recruitment. An impressive track record in establishing and expanding recruitment functions, particularly in fast-paced or high-growth settings, will be crucial. Your adeptness in managing stakeholders and fostering strong business partnerships will set you up for success. Additionally, your experience in executive hiring and developing strategic talent pipelines will be highly valued. As a data-driven professional, you should be comfortable analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for enhancement. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies will be advantageous in streamlining the recruitment process.
