Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Management & Analysis:

  Monitor, analyse, and interpret financial performance related to revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and profitability metrics.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Variance Analysis:

  Identify and analyse deviations from forecasts and budgets, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

• Financial Reporting:

  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports summarizing financial performance with key insights and recommendations.

• Cost Control & Optimization:

  Work with various departments to improve cost efficiencies and profitability.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales, to provide financial insights and drive decision-making.

• Data Analysis & Insights:

  Utilize financial models and data analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Compliance & Controls:

  Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA/CA preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, financial modelling, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in financial tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
