Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic HR plans and policies relating to recruitment, training, salary, compensation etc. in support of organizational goals and in compliance with state and countrys laws and regulations.
  • Ensuring adherence to Manpower Cost Budget & Vice-versa in coordination with all departments get it approved by the Management & NRHR committee.
  • Ensuring recruitment for on-roll and Offroll staff is completed on time to support the internal stakeholders ensuring all the processes defined in HR policies are followed during the recruitment process.
  • Timely processing and Disbursal of salaries and allowances. Scrutiny and payment of HR agencies, vendors and employee's claims/ reimbursement.
  • Ensure all HR related statutory compliances e.g. TDS, PF, Bonus act, Industrial Dispute act etc. Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statement and distribution, policies etc.
  • Contract renewal management for consultants.
  • Employee Personal File Management including confirmation, deputation, increments and payment of retirement benefits.
  • Coordination with the stakeholders for HR related work of all Deputees.
  • Exit Management including processing of resignation request, counselling/ pre exit interview, Processing of termination, retirement benefits, F&F. HRIS, Management of employee's attendance, Leave, Employee Benefits i.e GMC, GTL etc.
  • Address Employees grievances in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Implementing Performance Management System (PMS) to enable organization to measure their employees performance continuously & effectively as per market best practices.
  • To initiate & implement learning and development programs to address performance gaps.
  • To develop and maintain the Annual Training Calendar aligned with organizational goals, compliance needs, and functional requirements.
  • Ensure effective utilization of training resources (internal trainers, external consultants, digital platforms) to deliver impactful learning interventions.
  • Track, monitor, and report training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and compliance dashboards.
  • Facilitate resource allocation across zones/functions to ensure smooth execution of L&D initiatives.
  • Initiating HR Automation to make the process easier and more cost effective and utilizing the existing manpower for more strategic activities.
  • Responsible for building good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implementation and Monitoring of HR best practices in different departments of your organization.

Additionally, any other job/ role / responsibilities assigned from time to time.
