Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, and documentation).
  • Support onboarding and induction formalities for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as events, celebrations, and wellness programs.

Administration:

  • Support in managing office supplies, vendor coordination, and housekeeping arrangements.
  • Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
  • Help organize meetings, events etc.
  • Coordinate asset issuance and collection during joining and exit processes.

Learning Opportunities

  • Exposure to HR operations, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Understanding HR analytics and compliance documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in corporate communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Insight into administrative governance in a growing eCommerce business environment.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and Google Suite
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
