Business Operations


Key Responsibilities

Business & Financial Operations

  • Lead end-to-end business operations for the cybersecurity/IT services vertical, including lead-to-cash, order-to-fulfillment, and revenue cycles.
  • Take full ownership of P&L, working to enhance gross margins, EBITDA, and overall resource productivity.
  • Drive initiatives in cost optimization, revenue assurance, and pipeline quality.
  • Manage financial planning and performance budgeting, forecasting, and month-over-month variance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, delivery, and sales teams to ensure business alignment and execution.


Sales Enablement & Deal Desk

  • Lead PMO and Deal Desk functions to support RFP responses, align SMEs, and facilitate multi-region resource allocation.
  • Oversee deal analysis, pricing strategy, and compliance with internal business policies.
  • Liaise with consulting and transformation partners on initiatives focused on efficiency, savings, and business restructuring.


Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional operational teams across geographies.
  • Foster a culture of cross-skilling, resilience, and business continuity across support functions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analyst relations, and executive leadership to boost brand visibility and strategic positioning.
  • Drive business reviews, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communication ensuring consistent alignment and transparency.


Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business; Post-Graduate Diploma or MBA in Operations or Business Administration.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in

    business operations, sales operations, and service delivery preferably in cybersecurity, IT services, or managed services.

  • Proven expertise in P&L ownership, pipeline and performance analytics, contractual governance, and resource optimization.

  • Background in managing large enterprise and public sector engagements with global delivery exposure.
  • Strong command of data-driven decision-making, automation tools, and cross-functional leadership.


Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Certifications in operational excellence (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Kaizen) are a plus.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Excel, and BI platforms for reporting and dashboarding.
