Job Title: Business Operations Assistant Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Company: PROMAC Advisors Pvt. Ltd. Department: Operations (HR, Marketing & Administration) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: PROMAC Advisors is seeking a proactive and digitally skilled Business Operations Assistant to support a wide range of HR, marketing, client outreach, and administrative functions. This role offers hands-on experience in core business operations and is best suited for someone with a structured approach, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Human Resources (HR) Support: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, leave tracking, and HR documentation. Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring statutory compliance. Coordinate and support employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, team-building events, and internal communication campaigns. Support performance management processes and employee feedback collection. Assist in organizing training and development sessions. 2. Marketing Operations & Client Outreach: Support employer branding and recruitment marketing by coordinating content on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant platforms. Manage the company’s social media presence including scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and ensuring consistency in branding. Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital content) in collaboration with freelancers or design partners. Execute digital marketing campaigns via email, phone, and social media, and manage tools like Google Drive, Canva, and Trello. Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients for follow-ups, service reminders, and gathering feedback. Maintain and update CRM databases with client interactions and lead information. Collect and analyze client feedback to support improvements in service delivery and engagement strategies.  3. Accounts & Administration: Help track and organize financial records, expenses, and vendor payments through accounting tools or spreadsheets. Coordinate with external accountants for invoice processing, tax filings, and monthly financial compliance. Follow up with vendors and consultants on outstanding payments, documentation, and invoice clarifications. Keep accurate communication logs for financial transactions and ensure proper closure and escalation as needed. Maintain well-organized physical and digital administrative records in a secure, version-controlled system. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools. Familiarity with basic HR, marketing, and accounts workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, process-driven, and able to multitask efficiently. Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a similar operations/support role. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Trello, CRM systems, and social media scheduling apps. Why Join PROMAC Advisors?
