The Role

Business Operations Assistant to the CEO

What You’ll Do

• Manage and nurture relationships with

  regulators, statutory bodies, government offices, and banking partners

• Coordinate seamlessly with

  legal, finance, and project teams

  to ensure compliance and smooth operations
• Support the CEO on key operational matters, enabling sharper focus on strategic priorities
• Drive follow-ups, documentation, and tracking of critical operational issues with timeliness and precision
• Learn and adapt across new domains, applying sound judgment and collaboration in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and

  collaboration skills

• High level of

  people maturity

  and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Comfort working across legal, financial, and project-driven contexts with equal dexterity
• Excellent command of

  English communication

  (spoken and written)
• Formal education in any stream is welcome but

  not mandatory

  —aptitude and attitude matter more
• Curiosity, discretion, and the ability to learn on the go
