Job Description

Looking for a dynamic Telesales Team Lead to head our direct-to-customer (D2C) business development efforts. You will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge wellness products, services and programs. This is a high-impact role with direct accountability for sales performance, team leadership, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation: • Drive personal and team sales of all Vieroots wellness offerings via telecalling and digital channels. • Work on hot and cold leads generated from marketing campaigns. • Conduct product presentations, consultations, and close high-ticket and volume sales. Team Building & Leadership: • Recruit, train, and manage a telesales team aligned with business growth goals. • Mentor team members, set KPIs, and drive performance accountability. • Foster a high-energy, target-driven sales environment. Sales Strategy & Execution: • Implement proven sales processes to improve conversion and revenue per customer. • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales metrics, forecast revenue, and drive data-backed decisions. Customer Engagement & Retention: • Ensure a delightful customer experience from first contact to post-sales onboarding. • Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat purchases and referrals. Required Qualifications & Skills: • 3–6 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in wellness, health tech, or direct selling industries. • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets (individual and team). • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English. (Hindi is a plus). • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage small teams. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
