UrekaBox is a B2B logistics intelligence SaaS platform helping eCommerce, D2C brands, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers automate and scale their shipping operations. With courier partner integrations, real-time visibility, and smart freight matching, UrekaBox empowers businesses to deliver faster and scale smarter.


We are now hiring an Business Development Specialist to join our growth team and drive client acquisition across India.



Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with high-volume shippers (SMEs, distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, eCommerce, and D2C brands).

• Manage the sales cycle — from prospecting, outreach, demos, follow-ups, to closure.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients.

• Showcase UrekaBox as the preferred logistics intelligence partner for scaling businesses.

• Collaborate closely with founders and core team members on growth strategies.

• Represent UrekaBox in a professional, approachable, and growth-driven manner.



Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales / business development (logistics tech or supply chain experience preferred).

• Proven track record of B2B client acquisition and sales success.

• Go-getter, resilient, and growth-driven attitude.

• Excellent communication (English proficiency required).

• Strong relationship builder with a consultative and friendly approach.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture.



Qualifications

• Any graduate degree.

• Preferred: BBA, B.Tech, BCA, or related fields.

• Supply chain industry experience is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Flexible 9-hour shift.
